serene moments
clean room modern decor wide range
our room was clean with modern decor. a kettle stood ready alongside a tv and coffee machine. the large balcony offered a partial sea view and created peaceful mornings for tea. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options.
the reception seemed quite busy and the process lacked a personal touch. the staff seemed short of time and pleasantries were minimal.

the spa was a beautiful haven, clean and calm. the outdoor pool area included comfortable sunbeds with sufficient availability. i also made use of the modern gym with well maintained equipment.

Acceptable hotel stay
great location honest staff absent accountability poor service
The location was super and within walking distance to Portals. The hotel has its own beach. It gave us a greater sense of safety because the staff showed honesty and care.
The hotel refused to pre-book a taxi to the airport. We waited with other couples for over an hour as taxis came and went. The receptionist shrugged and said someone else had probably taken it. I found it unacceptable.

low pressure street noise
the breakfast was acceptable and offered a decent variety of options.
The room i stayed in was not what i expected. the shower had very little pressure, and the temperature fluctuated a lot. also, the noise from the nearby street made it difficult to sleep. I could hear traffic throughout the night.

noisy breakfast unfriendly staff
the hotel location worked fine for what i needed it for
i hated the breakfast it was very loud i went in april so it was not even peak season i can only imagine how bad it could get the staff at the front desk was anything but friendly they did not even bother to ask if my stay went well at checkout

poor soundproofing missing boardwalk
the hotel location is convenient to transportation and beaches
i was disappointed with the soundproofing the sleep quality was poor the floating boardwalk was missing i found the photos misleading

I found some aspects of the hotel not up to par. The soundproofing was really poor. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. I was disappointed that the boardwalk was missing. The photos made it look like a key feature, but it was gone.
